Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the MyQuickDish SaaS service offered by lol.marketing LLC by business customers (restaurants, cafés, bars and similar venues).

The provider offers cloud software that lets guests open digital menus via QR codes and order at the table, plus management and operations interfaces.

New accounts get a 30-day free trial without payment details. A paid subscription begins only when you actively subscribe via the billing page.

The subscription costs €39 per month or €390 per year (plus any applicable taxes), billed in advance via Stripe. No commission is charged on orders.

The subscription renews automatically for the chosen period and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, via the billing page.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of menu, price and venue information and for compliance with applicable laws (food, pricing, tax).

The provider aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Liability follows statutory rules; for slight negligence it is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.
