1. Controller

2. Hosting & backend (Google Firebase)

We host our application and store data via Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions). Data is stored in the europe-west3 region (Frankfurt, Germany).

Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland. Processing is based on a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) and our legitimate interest in secure, performant operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Server log files

When you visit the site, information (IP address, date/time, page accessed, browser type) is collected automatically for technical security and stability (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Account registration

To use the service you create an account (email/password or Google sign-in). We process this data to provide the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

5. Payments (Stripe)

Payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Dublin, Ireland. You enter payment data directly with Stripe; we never receive full card details. Legal basis: performance of contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). See https://stripe.com/privacy.

6. Email (Brevo)

Transactional and service emails are sent via Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH / Brevo SAS, France) under a data processing agreement. Newsletters are sent only with your explicit double-opt-in consent, which you can withdraw at any time (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

7. Abuse protection (Google reCAPTCHA / App Check)

To protect our forms and ordering endpoints from automated abuse we use Firebase App Check with Google reCAPTCHA (Google Ireland Limited). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

8. Contact & waitlist forms

If you contact us or join the app waitlist, we process the data you provide to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (a) GDPR).

9. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You can withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
